Compare the exact product name, brand, model, barcode, batch or serial number, seller and photographs with the published safety record. A similar name or appearance does not prove that it is the recalled product.

Useful evidence for this category

Photograph the rating plate, plug, charger, model number and any heat, melting, scorch, smoke or battery damage without touching an energised product.
