The product presents a high risk of electric shock due to inadequate insulation levels. The flying leads were simply connected to a terminal block, leaving metal parts insulated from live parts by basic insulation only. Should this basic insulation fail, accessible metal parts could become live, causing the user to receive an electric shock. The product also failed the electric strength test as the insulation broke down when the 3000V test voltage was applied.
