The products present a serious risk of choking as the blue plastic ring snapped with minimal force and fitted into the small parts cylinder. The foam filling at the end of the arch also came apart with minimal force and presents a choking hazard. A young child may put the ring or foam in their mouth and choke. Additionally, some of the required documentation and markings were not present.
