The product presents a high risk of injuries as the safety interlock can be defeated by hand, presenting the chance of causing injury inadvertently. The trigger block could be removed by hand with no extra tools required as the pivot pin was held in using a rubber washer which, was easily removed. As the product did not have a safety guard around the trigger an item could be dropped on the trigger or when picking it up, it could fire a projectile inadvertently.
