The products present a high risk of asphyxiation as during tension tests, some components detached at a force less than the specified minimum, producing a small part capable of fitting entirely inside of a small parts cylinder. If a child were to put any of these small parts in their mouth they could choke, and their airway may become blocked. Some of the required documentation was not present. The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
