Recorded hazard
The product presents a serious risk of choking as when drop tests and impact tests were performed, several of the eggs broke open releasing the small inner balls. All of these detached balls fit entirely inside of a small parts cylinder, meaning that the user, likely a child, could put these balls into their mouth and choke. Additionally, one of the flexible plastic bags used for packaging was tested and had an area greater than 100mm x 100mm. The bag thickness was measured as 0.026 ± 0.002mm, less than the required minimum of 0.038mm, and therefore poses an asphyxiation hazard. Also, some of the required documentation and markings were missing.
