The product presents a high risk of electric shock as there was no thermal protection present in the battery. The product could overheat and therefore cause injury to the consumer. There was required information missing from the documentation. The charger was found to have good quality soldering, however, only one bridging capacitor was present but two are required. No fuse was present in the product to protect the product from over-current faults. The transformer was also of a poor build quality and did not meet the requirements of creepage and clearance.
