The product presents a risk of electric shock as it does not provide adequate protection against accidental contact with live parts. It should only be possible to touch parts that are separated from live parts by double or reinforced insulation. However, when tested, the test probe touched conductive wires isolated by basic insulation only. Some of the required documentation and markings were not present.
