The manufacturer has identified that specific configurations of Vision Panels and / or Concealed Closers in certain door leaves may not be fully in accordance with the certified design or installation standards. This could mean that the inclusion of a vision panel or concealed closer results in a slight reduction in the fire door’s ability to contain fire and smoke, potentially compromising safety in the event of a fire. The issue may reduce the time for which the doors are certified for resisting fire.
