Vest style orange personal floatation device with modular foam and stitched paneling. Multiple hand tie closures, centre front orange webbing waist tie closure (20mm); elasticated tie cord at bottom of front closure (5mm), stitched orange material ties at top underneath user’s chin (10mm) and stitched orange fabric material ties at both right and left side (20mm). Red whistle attached by fabric on left internal upper lobe.
