Orange and black vest-style personal flotation device with double 38mm waistbelt/buckle closure and a chest/buckle closure. Twin crotch straps with 20mm webbing and plastic buckles. Marine whistle attached to vest via orange 2mm cord sewn to cover fabric on the left worn side.
