Recorded hazard
The product presents a serious risk of electric shock as the dimensions of the plug face were non-compliant which can allow access to live parts when plugging in, or unplugging, the plug from the socket. The fuse was also noncompliant and counterfeit, which can allow the product to become live under fault conditions. The cable can also be worked loose from the clamp by hand, allowing access to the live wire.
