Recorded hazard
The product presents a high risk of choking as when tested, small parts were created by detached components. Three red buttons and one of the contact springs in the battery compartment detached when force was applied. The paper laminated adhesives on the keys of the toy also detached when a tension test was conducted. These detached parts create small parts that all fit entirely inside of a small parts cylinder, therefore if a child were to place the parts in their mouth, it could cause them to choke. The product was also missing some of the required documentation and markings.
