The product presents a serious risk of choking as the screw or similar fastener shall be captive to ensure that they remain with the door or cover, however the battery compartment is removable without the aid of a tool. The batteries fit wholly within the small parts cylinder. A young infant playing with the toy may place the batteries in their mouth and ingest them which may cause internal tissue damage that may have life changing or fatal consequences. The bag made of flexible plastics containing the stickers has an area of 266 mm x 106 mm and its average sheet thickness is 0.026 mm. This is below the required 0.038 mm, presenting an asphyxiation hazard to young infants.
