The product presents a high risk of choking as when tested according to tension test, the buttons from the pentagon, the square and the triangle detached at forces included between 70 N and 80 N and fit entirely within the small parts cylinder. Similarly, the latches of the right and left doors detached at forces of 75 N and 85 N releasing the fastener screws. These components fit entirely within the small parts cylinder and the screws show sharp points. A young infant could place these parts in their mouth and choke.
