The product presents a serious risk of electric shock as it fails to provide adequate protection against electric shock. When impact tests were performed, the white plastic control enclosure broke open, potentially giving users access to live parts. The minimum creepage and clearance distances between live and neutral on the control Printed Circuit Board (PCB) tracks was measured to be 1.15mm. This is below the required distance of 1.5mm clearance and 2.5mm creepage.
