Recorded hazard
The product presents a high risk of choking as the button on satchel and foam inside detached at forces <90N, producing small parts which fit into a small parts cylinder. A young child may put a small part in its mouth and the parents may not notice in time, so the small part can block the child’s airways. The product also presents a risk of strangulation as the satchel around the frog can be completely removed, creating a fixed loop of more than the 380mm limit.
