The product presents a high risk of injury to it’s intended users, young children. This is due to the magnetic balls being small parts that could be ingested by a child. When tested, the magnets were found to have a magnetic flux index greater than the limit of 50 kG2mm2. If the product is ingested, as the magnets pass through the body, they can be drawn to each other on either side of soft tissue, causing the user to receive serious internal injuries within the gastrointestinal tract.
