An orange plastic hemispherical shaped toy accompanied by a clear and blue plastic base battery function required. The toy sprays water and illuminates with colourful lights.

The product presents a serious risk of choking as the blue plastic battery cover detaches at a force less than 90N exposing a metal spring with a 10.55 mm cross section, in excess of the 2mm limit. Furthermore, the collar around wheels is removable, the bogey wheel cover detaches at a force of 21.3N producing small parts which fit into a small parts test cylinder. A young infant could place these parts in their mouth and choke.
