The product presents a serious risk of injuries as the safety guard does not provide adequate protection. As a result, if the user were to lose control of the machine, they may receive cuts or other injuries from the blade. The product is not marked with sufficient warnings and some of the required documentation/markings are not present. Additionally, the charger supplied has insufficient creepage and clearance distances and the breakdown isolation does not meet insulation requirements. The plug does not meet the dimensional requirements of BS 1363.
