The products present a serious risk of injuries as the ladders do not meet the relevant stability requirements. Neither ladder had a bar type stabiliser as required by the standard, which could result in the ladder moving whilst in use. If the ladder were to move during use, the user could fall from height and receive injuries. Some of the required documentation and markings were not present.
