The ladder presents a serious risk of injuries as it allows different distances between rungs in position of use. Rung sections can be stored in any position leading to inconsistent spacing and by design there is no feature to prevent crushing of fingers. The sample failed the strength and deflection tests, and demonstrated to not be adequate for the 150kg load rating on the packaging.
