The product presents a serious risk of injuries as when tested, the product could not hold the claimed 150kg weight without collapsing. If this were to occur when in use by the consumer, it could cause serious injury from falling from the full extended height of the product. The ladder allows different distances between rungs in position of use. Rung sections can be stored in any position leading to inconsistent spacing and by design there is no feature to prevent crushing of fingers.
