The product also presents a risk of injuries as the ladder step width does not meet the relevant dimensional requirements, leading to the overhang of the step being too great. As the consumer is descending the step stool, they can’t place their foot fully on the step due to the incorrect overhang, which may cause them to fall off the step stool.
