The product presents a serious risk of electric shock as it has poor mechanical strength and unsatisfactory creepage and clearance distances. When the drop and impact tests were performed, the casing broke open giving users access to live parts. If a user were to touch one of the live parts, they could receive an electric shock. The product also did not feature the minimum creepage and clearance distances required. The instructions provided did not include sufficient information to ensure the correct and safe installation of the device and some of the required documentation and markings were missing.
