The product presents a serious risk of electric shock due to its poor mechanical strength and inadequate creepage distances. When impact tests were performed, the plastic casing broke open giving users access to live parts. As the product has a creepage distance of 0mm, if a user were to touch the accessible live parts, they could receive an electric shock. There was no user manual or instructions provided with the product and the CE marking was under the required size of 5mm. The product was also missing some of the required documentation and markings.
