The product presents a serious risk of injuries as the height fails to comply with 5.2.3.2 of the British Standard. The height of the enclosure was measured and was found to be 0.98 + 0.01m, which is less than the specified minimum of 1.5m for medium trampolines and 1.8m for large trampolines. A child may jump too high on the trampoline, lose control, and go over the safety net, presenting an injury hazard to the user.
