The product presents a serious risk of choking as some of the buckles detach easily and fit into a small parts cylinder. The product also has a long cord in excess of 280mm that goes around the product. This pulls out and represents a choking and strangulation hazard. The cord is permanently fixed to the item and can either be used as a carrying handle or pulls out to be more than 1,000mm. This presents an entrapment or strangulation hazard to young children playing with the toy.
