This product poses a serious risk of injury to the user. When tested the ladder failed preconditioning tests and failed the strength test, the bending test of the stiles as well as the lateral deflection test. The torsion test could not be undertaken due to structural failure of the ladder in a preceding test. Additionally, the product does not meet the dimensional requirements or all the marking requirements of the relevant standard, including warnings relating to specific hazards.
