This product poses a serious risk of choking because when tested according to the tension test, the sticks of the balls detached at forces included between 37 N and 50N, releasing the balls which fit entirely within the small part cylinder. After the soaking test, and when tested according to the tension test, the frame separated at a force of 28 N releasing the balls which fit entirely within the small parts cylinder.
