The product also presents a risk of asphyxiation as the flexible plastic bags in which the toy’s accessories are supplied in have an area greater than 100 x 100mm and their average sheet thickness are between 0.023mm and 0.025mm which is less than the permissible 0.038mm. Additionally, the product does not comply fully with the marking requirements of the relevant standard.
