When tested in accordance with 8.3 (torque test) the blue ‘collar’ unscrewedfrom the shaft of the pen before reaching the specified minimum of 34cNm. The detached collar and nib component fitted wholly inside the small parts cylinder, and therefore poses a serious risk of choking to a child under 36 months.
