The product presents a serious risk of fire as it is possible for the thermal fuses to reach temperatures in excess of 150 degrees (the marked limit) without the product cutting out. During testing, prolonged use on the highest setting resulted in the plastic and metal parts of the product warping and melting, presenting a risk of fire.
