The product poses a high risk of electric shock as the creepage and clearance distances couldn’t be measured due to triple insulated windings that are terminated on the printed circuit board away from the transformer. The product also failed the drop test, where it was dropped onto a solid wood surface from 1000mm 3 times. On the third drop, the insulated shutter opening device fractured, giving consumers access to live parts which could give them an electric shock.
