The cover of the bulb and bayonet adaptor can be removed by hand, exposing live parts and exposing the user to the risk of electric shock. The product also presents a chemical risk and a risk of choking as the button battery in the remote control is accessible to young children. The button batteries may be placed and the mouth and swallowed, presenting a choking hazard for young children and causing damage to the gastrointestinal tract if swallowed.
