The product possesses inadequate base dimensions leading to poor stability which, when in use and fully extended, can cause the ladder to slide under the user causing them to fall from a height and injure themselves. The ladder was also found to have insufficient strength and the rungs, when in use, may give way causing the user to fall from height.
