The product presents a risk of choking as when tested according to the tension test, the cover of the batteries box detached and became accessible at forces less than the permissible minimum. The product presents a risk of burns as there is a presence of a short-circuit between the terminals of the batteries box with the rod of 0.5 mm of diameter. This short circuit causes a smoke release and generates a maximum temperature rise of 89.3C on the batteries, more than the maximum authorized value of 45C.
