This product poses a high risk of choking as when tested according to the tension test, the eyes of the stuffed toy detached at forces less than the permissible minimum and fit entirely within the small parts cylinder. When tested according to the impact test, the nose of the stuffed toy broke and fits entirely within the small parts cylinder. If small parts are created, a young child may place the part in their mouth and choke.
