FOLO-UP Product Recall: 2103-0025 LG ESS Battery Division RESU ESS Home Batteries
Lithium-ion storage batteries installed as part of a residential energy solar panel system (‘ESS Home Batteries’). The ESS Home Batteries are equipped with certain cells manufactured between April 2017 and September 2018, which are potentially linked to specific electrode manufacturing issues that could result in thermal instability resulting in an overheating incident.
