The toy presents a serious risk of choking, as testing showed that 10 of the 18 pegs detached under tensile forces of 18N to 85N, which is less than the minimum permissible limit of a force of 90N applied for ten seconds. A child may insert the detachable pegs (small parts) into their mouth which can lead to blocking of the child’s airway and choking.
