The pegs holding the keys in place detached under tensile forces of up to 60 N which is below the permissible minimum force of 90N. The small part can be detached by a child and is capable of fitting in a small parts cylinder, presenting a serious risk of choking for children. The plastic packaging bags average plastic sheeting thicknesses of 0.024 mm and 0.025 mm, less than the prescribed minimum thickness and presenting a risk of suffocation.
