Recorded hazard
Two of the pegs holding the keys in place detached under tensile forces of 70N and 76N, below the minimum permissible force of 90N. One of the spheres on the drumstick also detached under a tensile force of 63N less than the prescribed minimum. These small parts can be detached by children and are capable of fitting into a small parts cylinder, presenting a serious risk of choking.
