FOLO-UP Product Recall: 2012-0242 Wooden Animal Pull Along Toy – ‘Turtle Maze of Small Beads’
Wooden pull-along toy in the form of a turtle with four spherical wheels, and a wire maze on the shell. Supplied in white and blue cardboard packaging with Chinese and English writing. Product packaging also states ‘wooden wisdom toys’ and ‘turtle maze of small beads’.

Multiple small parts are detachable including the beads and head below the minimum prescribed force of 90N. The beads present a serious risk of choking for children. The product also contained a pull cord with a length of 534mm, in excess of the maximum permitted length of 300mm, presenting a risk of suffocation. The cord also contains a sphere at the end which could allow the cord to tangle.
