What helps us review it
- The product name, brand, model, and batch or serial number
- The marketplace, seller name, and product-listing URL
- Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and labels
- A factual description of the hazard, failure, injury, or near miss
Category-specific evidence: Photograph the rating plate, plug, cable, controls, model number, and any melting, leakage, scorch marks, exposed parts, or failed safety cut-off.
