The Sitting Gingerbread with Short Legs model presents risk of choking as testing identified small components that can detach or break off during reasonably foreseeable use, creating parts that fit entirely within a small parts cylinder. These small parts pose a choking hazard to young children, particularly those under 36 months of age who have a natural tendency to explore objects by placing them in their mouths. The product also has gaps in the seams, which may allow access to the fibrous internal stuffing.
