- Multiple small parts are detachable including the beads and head below the minimum prescribed force of 90N. The beads present a serious risk of choking for children. The product also contained a pull cord with a length of 534mm, in excess of the maximum permitted length of 300mm, presenting a risk of suffocation. The cord also contains a sphere at the end which could allow the cord to tangle.
