The hammer was also tested using the tension test and the soft plastics of the hammer detached and fitted entirely within the small parts cylinder, presenting a choking hazard. Additionally, the catapult of the toy detached when subjected to the drop test and fitted entirely within the small parts cylinder. The toy also presents a strangulation hazard as the cord of the hammer has a length of 330 mm when subjected to a tensile force of 25 N + 2 N, greater than the maximum permitted value of 220 mm.
