- Risk Level: Serious
- The product has been assessed as presenting a serious risk of choking as the seams of the wrist rattles broke at forces of under 60N. If the seams break, this produces small parts which fit into a small parts cylinder. If a baby or small child pulls on the seams, they may break, and a child may place the small part into their mouth and choke. The product also presents a risk of suffocation as the packaging in which the products were supplied was less than the minimum required thickness and there was also access to internal fibrous filling.
