If the product is accidentally knocked or dropped, this would allow the wires to become loose and cause an electric shock to the user. The only means for temperature control was a thermostat. Should this fail in the closed position, there were no safety cut-outs to prevent severe overheating. The product has also not been accompanied by adequate instructions and safety information in a language easily understood by consumers and other end-users.
