Brand
[Not provided]

Unknown
Country of Origin
China
Risk Level: Serious
The product poses a serious risk of electric shock as when tested the creepage / clearance distances in the transformer were found to be inadequate. The product’s charger featured poor quality soldering with wires soldered directly to the printed circuit board. No fuse was present in the product to protect from overcurrent faults. If there was a surge in the electrical current, the product would become live due to insufficient creepage and clearance distances and the lack of fuse in the charger would cause the product to be able to give the consumer an electric shock. The product does not meet the marking requirements of the relevant standard.
Corrective Action
The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.
